Dr. Shree Cuddapah Rao, an ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) surgeon, is a superspecialist microsurgeon in Otology and Cochlear implant surgeries. With 10 years of deep domain experience in medical and surgical ENT, she is quite fittingly, the Head of the Cochlear Implant team at Dr. Rao’s ENT, Hyderabad’s leading ENT superspecialty hospital. Her emphasis on patient-first, positive outcomes and empathetic approach endear Dr. Shree Rao to both careseekers and their families.

Dr. Shree Rao holds a Fellowship in Cochlear Implant surgery and took advanced training in the same from Padmashri awardee Dr. Milind V Kirtane. She underwent specialized training in Rhinoplasty and Facial Plastic Surgery at Singapore General Hospital, Singapore. She also took specialised training in Head and Neck surgery, with emphasis on Thyroid surgeries.

Dr. Shree Rao’s practice encompasses all aspects of ear, nose, throat, head and neck surgery. She also handles both medical and surgical management aspects of Paediatric ENT. She has performed over 200 successful cochlear implants for patients from around the world.

Dr. Shree believes it is important for healthcare professionals to continuously upgrade and improve their professional performance by increasing their knowledge, skills, and by building long-term networks. Through Hyderabad ENT Research Foundation, an initiative of Dr. Rao’s ENT, she is actively engaged in training ENT doctors and surgeons through regular workshops and seminars.
